Back of seat trim - repair or replace?

Hey all - back after a long time away! I've just finally got a Z4M roadster - black on black and very happy with it, even though I've only had it for a few days. I used to have a 3.0SI 10 years ago.

So - it needs a few things done to it... one is an odd one - there is a bit of damage to the top of the back of the drivers seat - does anyone have any idea how easy it is to fix? I've looked at the parts on RealOem etc. but wondered if the trim can be replaced, or is it a whole new seat back?

Thank you!

I suspect you may have to pay a visit to a trim shop. I don't think I would be happy to attempt a DIY repair there. Just my opinion. Welcome back
