Back in a 1 series again

...for a couple of days.

I like the 1 series, I had one for 2 years, but bloody hell it feels like i'm driving a lumbering great wobbly bus with treacle in the fuel tank.

I want my M back

I know what you mean. Had one as a loan car while my M was getting serviced. Only mine was a diesel, so had the added bonus of sounding like a truck.

It was a nice enough car, but too generic.

I learned to drive in a diesel 1 series. I dont have many found memories of that car. The instructor probably had a lot to do with it.
