Lovely photos, we were there for a couple of days last year and could have done with much longer. After seeing your pics really hoping to go back next year!

I would highly recommend the San Francisco Segway tours http://www.electrictourcompany.com/ its a really fun great way to see the whole city.
I went to Alcatraz when i was a kid, Its meant to be the No.1 attraction but if you like massive cues and a million other people id not bother. You can take a bot trip around the whole bay which takes in Alcatraz and gives you alot of history into the prison with out going there, and you get to see a lot more, id recommend that.

It's a fair hike but on a nice day it's pretty good and you get see a lot of stuff you wouldn't otherwise.
Theres a modern art architechture "park" for example
