due to my family history I am keeping an eye on my blood pressure (currently border line), as long as you keep under control, there is nothing to worry!

as others, good luck and best to catch early. Know how worrying it is - I was at risk of an inherited heart condition where I could suffer an arrhythmia and may have needed a pace maker. Fortunately for me they found a gene they could test for and ruled me out
