We're back.

This time I've gone for a sensible 2.2 with a lot of history and in great nick.

Except it waa until I noticed the clutch release bearing failing.

£1300 for that and the leaky valve cover gasket, but then we are good to go.

Thanks! Much nicer than the battered up old 108s I had on the 3.0.

Not sure how much love there is for the 2.2 on here, but I love it so far

Welcome back, the car looks great, but you need to do something about those wheels, they look far too small. Obviously, its just my humble opinion, and no offence intended.

I hear you, but my word the ride is so much more forgiving with the extra sidewall, even with the RFTs

Really enjoying the 2.2 so far. Brand new clutch and the did the flex disc in the drive shaft too, feels like a brand new car it's well worth it

Yeah also called a Guibo I think, made an enormous difference in the feel of the driveshaft.
