R Rassi Member Belgium Mar 19, 2017 #2 It is held on with two clips that may break if original ones due to age/brittleness. You should be able to gently force it upwards and the clips should give but may also break. Cost very little from BMW

J JimBob78 Member Mar 19, 2017 #5 Managed to get the trim off without breaking any clips, result! There are a few different screws/bolts under the trim below the window which were a bit loose hopefully thats fixed the rattle...
