Casting the net for passenger airbag sensor (on the floor behind the seat).
Part number: 65776940299
Sensor, B-pillar left

I’ve removed the one thats misbehaving and I’ve cleaned the contacts tonight and letting it fully dry out in case I get lucky.

Evenin! I've got a 6945157 sat in the garage that I bought by mistake when I replaced mine and didn't know about the part number 'families', I paid £25 so you can have it for that if you want it?

I'm sure there's a better term for it, but the list you posted above is one set of part numbers which are largely exchangeable with each other as stated. My original part however isn't in the same list as 6945157 so although it looked exactly the same it wasn't compatible.
My original was 6933985 so I learned I had to get one which was compatible with that instead, ie in the same family.

Thanks Pedro. I managed to get one a little cheaper.
Its in the post but if it turns out to be a dud I might have to come back grovelling. :hattip:

No worries, and good luck!
Might have need of one of these myself in the near future. Got a dodgy connection, it's either as simple as a bad connection or as bad as a dud module so planning on getting it out this weekend hopefully to check.
