Hmm, I would still imagine that means 'usually', otherwise that means you can NEVER stay overnight somewhere, in a hotel for example, or, if your cover includes foreign travel, I'm sure they wouldn't expect you to return home to your garage each night!
String the lot of 'em up, a good thrashing is far too good for them. Stuff the human rights cobblers, these little herberts need to know that there are consequences to all their actions and vandalism is a major issue. It really pisses me off when stuff either gets nicked or vandalised.I've had my car vandalised, another car stolen and a motorbike nicked.Plod were massively useless. With the car they laughed as it was an old classic ( who'd want to nick that?....ha ha .) and with the bike all they could say was " you're not expecting to see it again are you?, here's a crime number". Complete waste of time. I recently caught some local teenegers vandalising stuff in the village, they ran off but I chased one down and got to him just as he was at his front door, his mother was none too impressed to see me in their hallway remonstrating with their "little angel" and after we had a slanging match I realised that with parents like that ,no wonder the kid was behaving like that, no moral direction. I bet he won't be vandalising too many more things in my village,in case I catch him at it, I go past their front door twice a day walking the dog, I can't wait to see him one day and see If I get a reaction. Little shits. GRRRRRRR
