No need for aplogies ben g, I'm 44 and have a bad back so the idea of lower the car and getting a harsher ride plus making the car a bit harder to get in/out of, just after ditching the god awful runflats ? not happening I like how the car looks and rides just as it is.
Forums are for opinions Ben so its good that we can all share them freely .
Whilst i agree some cars look great when taken down arch gap is only really noticeable when close up .
Recently clocked Zermatts 911 & check the gap above the tyres :wink: close up you may say drop it but if the Porsche guys sent out that machine as it is then that for me is the height it should ride & whilst many would disagree i think ZMs on factory height are bang on
I find I only really notice the arch gap on cars when aftermarket alloys are added. Not sure why. A standard Z4M on standard 224's seems perfectly fine to me. Same goes for a 3.0 with silver 107's.
Mine looked like it needed lowering as the black 107's focused your eyes on the arch gap. Very strange I know :lol:
