won some avons off ebay band new for less than half price .

Does anyone run on these and are there any good?
 
I looked at these last year but they wear quite quickly I think so spent more on F1's. Check this link too...

I did a postlast week on this for the same question and some people prefer these to the falkens, they have a nice big curb protection but wear quicker than most, overall a good tyre though!

How much you pay?
 
£110 for two rears I have got to collect them which will cost about £15 in fuel but a great price , iam was surpriced I got them so cheep may be because the eBay add looked Like it was only for one but when you read the disdription it was for two .bargain . Just need the fronts now

Sorry to go slightly OT - but how big is the curb protection on the Falkens?
 
Not sure never fitted em, 110 is a great price, make sure that's for 2 because 110 is norm per wheel, I got my fronts from all new tyres for 176 x2 delivered!!
 
i have spoken to guy and its definitely two, i hope there do have a nice rimm protector as i have nice deep dish polished rims which iam going to get refurb before i fit the new tyres.ill give all new tyres a call that looks a good price for fronts.Where there 225 x 40 x18"?
 
Yep but I got them off eBay for that price and then they upped the price since, hy not ask the guys your getting these off to see if they have some, the rim protector is massive prob bigger than the original bridgestones
