Just to go slightly off topic carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome,I have broken my right arm a couple of times and am experiencing pins and needles in my thumb any relation. Thanks Steve
Could be. Depends on a few things though, including which part of the arm was broken, how displaced was the fracture, and what was the treatment (surgery vs cast etc). Also, the pattern of the paraesthesia will give a clue to the cause. If it bothers you, it's progressive, or you have loss of sensation or strength, get a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon.
Classic arm behind you break apparently both bones near wrist think it has a name coils fracture or something like. Just plastered no surgery required. Thanks for help and Ruby also. Steve
