As title really,..just wondering if most keep the Zed for a season or it's a keeper or somewhere in between. ?

My plan is to keep for a while.... The 1st year is always the hardest for me personally

Just over 8 year with my current Z4. Longest I’ve owned a car by a long way.

12 1/2 years in total with both Zeds.

Present e89 now owned for 3 years, previous 3.0si e85 owned for just shy of this, middle 3litre e89 owned for approx 1 month until it broke.
No plans to sell :)

7 years, can't see me selling any time soon.
Lets face it modern cars, looked after, look like they just came out the show room, even at nearly 11 years old.
Unlike say a Leyland Mini Metro.

I just passed the 1 year mark with my Z. I've no plans to sell. When I like a car I keep it. I've owned the Cortina for 24 years, and the RS2000 for 15 years, so I'm a hoarder!

Bought new in 2014 so now just into year 6. It has a styling and overall appeal that I can't see anywhere else....... :)

(Although it's fast asleep in the garage just now...........)

Just under 7 years for me Did think of selling earlier this year but apart from a Merc all others are rag tops and I do like a tin roof.

I bought my 2006 E85 in 2007 with about 8000 on the clock. At the moment it's up on blocks as a front spring broke but still love it and when I drive it I grin from ear to ear. :driving:

My 35is two years. Immaculate, loaded with toys and a keeper until something dramatically goes wrong with it (or I can no longer afford to be running two cars).

My E85 before that a year.

Just under 7 years for us and at the moment have no plans to change it.
Most of our cars have been fairly long ownerships but this is a car that we have not gotten bored of and do not have anything in mind that would replace it.

I have only had mine a few weeks (roll on the spring). I have no plans for how long I will keep it. We have three cars between me and Mrs Stevo now but at one time we did talk about going down to one car! I work from home so I am not reliant on having my own car really. We do tend to keep our cars for a long time though so we will see.

I had my 1st E86 for two years, and have had my current one just over 3 and a half years.

But I haven't had the MC a week yet!

3 years with the 3.0 E85 then 4 years with the 3.0l E89 - changed to the current E89 at the end of 2016 and can't see a change coming!
I think I will make the most of the IC engine before we are forced financially into cars with trolley bus / milk float motors.
