Average mpg test

Mine has dropped to an average of 28 mpg, but as we all know its supposed to be driven and I'm enjoying every gallons worth. I've lost count of the times I've said to myself 'my god I love this car' :driving:

I drive from suffolk to wales every other weekend and get 44/46 MPG sat at 65 for most of the journey.

I get 27 MPG with just town driving, about 35 - 38 on a run & 9.6 MPG on track

A big improvement over my previous RX8 though, which managed 19 MPG around town & 24 - 27 MPG on a run :lol:

The mrs. just did her last fill and got 37 MPG US.
Course I don't think I drove it that tank

I do really tickle the throtte and refuse to be drawn into any messing around haha. Most of the time its at around 28/32 for normal driving. I live on an airbase though and work the other side of it so i do tend to give it some beans up the unused runway haha.

I tend to average 34-36MPG on my daily commute, 120 mile round trip which mainly consists of motorway driving part of which is the slow 50mph section on the M1 from Jc17 - Jc 15.
