OK, can't find a how-to on the site. How in the h@&& do you fellas get those pictures in your avatar? I've tried using the size in pixels guidlines, I've tried making it so low in jpeg quality it looks like a blur. Help, please!!!!!!!

Save it as a GIF instead of a JPEG, still not perfect but better

Thanks, I'll give the gif a try. I have photoshop, gimp and others, just can't figure out how to make the damn thing small enough.

If you use a jpg, then reduce it to the approx. size, but when you save it, don't use any compression.. That way it will look good instead of being grainy...

woohoo, gif works!(even though my computer says the file is *larger* than the jpeg one--go figure)
