How do I go about uploading an avatar?

And those of you who helped me with my photobucket nightmare thank you and try not to laugh to much at me with my new and inevitable nightmare of trying to upload an avatar

Click on "User CP" which is located towards the top right of your screen.
Then click on the "Profile" tab.
Then on the left side click on "Edit Avatar"
That is where you upload the picture you want.
The picture can be no larger that 120 X 120 pixels.
If you need help with resizing the picture let me know.

You get an "A" for effort anyway....

I've tried uploading a avatar but dont know how to resize pics.

If you put it on Photobucket you can pick the little edit button, then there is a resize tab at the top, it has a pulldown menu with preselected sizes to choose from. Pick the small one and save a copy. Then upload that one.

It wouldnt do it from my photobucket but did it from "shrinkpictures"
