I tried I tried I tried EVERYTHING!

I am on a number of other forums and have tried most of the images from those but still no joy. Can anyone help me out here please?
 
Well under the pixels required it is saved on my computer but I am just having constant problems!! If I post a bigger picture of it on here could some resize it for me. It would be much appreciated :)
