AUX DYI- one more request

Hi all,
searched here and there but ot lost. I installed my aux cabot today on my Z4.Most difficult part to insert pins from the aux cable into the originally fitted plug (car has BT).

Unfortunately result is very poor, volume very low, sound of bad quality and with much distortion and noise... Can be either that i didn't plug correctly pins into the plug or don't really know what happened.

Is there any instrument that facilitate pins insertion?

Any tip?

what is the cable source ? BMW, self build or other?!

I have no trouble with mine and had no trouble inserting the pins :?

I used the OEM aux lead and had no issues with sound quality,so it might be a dodgy lead or the pins are not inserted correctly.

doubt is? what's the correct way to insert pins in the connector?
