Aux connection

Hi

Ive just purchased my 08 Z4 and am very happy!!

My car has an AUX socket on the dash but my stereo won't go into the AUX mode do I need this connecting up?

Any help would be great.

Head unit may need re programming. I lost the Aux facility on my Series 1 after having a flat battery so your car may have experienced the same problem in the past.

First port of call is making sure it's plugged into your stereo at the back properly. But if it already is, the head unit may need reprogramming, as Lillywhite suggested.
