Automatic locking

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help please. I have a Z4 roadster 1995 regd March 2007. I want the central locking to automatically lock the doors as I drive off. Is this possible and if so how do I activate it.
BMW have been amazingly unhelpful in failing to return my call 3 times.

Any assistance would be much appreciated thank you.
 
Hi and welcome.

Yes - can be programmed into the car as a key specific setting by either a BMW dealer of independants withthe right equipement. Some members here can do it for you if you ask nicely...

If you do go BMW or Indy route get a list of all the settings and pick the others you want.

That is most helpful -thank you. What a brilliant speedy response.
 
I had to have mine programmed via the key at the dealers. other features were also available and i think you can do it your self with the right kit.
