Having thieved me of about a fiver for safe order I have just been awarded 44 pence bonus to be used for not more than 12% of any future order in the next 30 days.

My head hurts.
I don't think the fact that you missed clearing the check box for safe order qualifies them as thieves tbh.

Course it does. That's why things have to opt in not out.

Welcome to the real world of commerce.
Buyer beware. :D

So now 11 days not a peep no update on tracking other than "handed to GLS".

Bit frustrating in this everything next day delivery age.

My recent big delivery had zero tracking from parcelfarce

Had to go pick it up from depot as they didn’t even say they had tried to deliver

Never used Autodoc before but having ditched Eurocarparts because of dodgy service parts (I am convinced their sparkplugs are not genuine as my daycar was wrecked when one of their plugs fell apart in use) I have been using Opie oils and can recommend them and they now do much more than oils.

Been using Opie Oils for 7 years.

Brilliant service every time.

I'll second that.
Robert.

I'm currently awaiting like 3 orders from autodoc, 1 from mtec and another from opie oils and a detailer store as well as a cheap polisher from aldi. autodoc has been on order for a while so has mtec.

I ordered some brakes last week. I hope Autodoc are quicker than they usually are, as the pads on the car have only got about 5,000 miles left on them.

Brakes I ordered 30th March showed as still awaiting collection yesterday.
Arrived here this morning.

I've been on their app a couple times over the years and while some of the prices at first seemed decent, after a quick Google/ebay search I was able to get the same parts delivered cheaper from elsewhere and never an issue with delivery times either.

Oh well, carry on then.
Depends on your priorities. If you have the time to wait and are happy to keep checking the app to see the best discounts then it is definitely worthwhile. Ideal for people like me and bigwinn who put in a big order and blitz a whole car.
If you need a part quick then it's probably not for you.
Horses for courses and all that.
