Autodoc

Cant remember exactly mine took to arrive, between 1 and 3 weeks, seems a bit of a lottery from them at the moment.
However i was very happy with the products when they got here.

Depends how big the order is too

I’m waiting 2 weeks for a 500 quid biggie but single items are around a week

As others have said it varies…the orders are shipped from Germany via one agent then via parcel force…so a set of spark plugs ordered 21st March, shipped 23rd March has not yet arrived…

On the flip side quality is assured with no bogus copies, range of options for parts is good and price especially if you are a vulture on the app can be very competitive…

Thank you for the responses. Will report back. Not shipped yet.

When you go on the app, go to your order, then track your order via the GLS link

Translate into English
That tells you top line when its received by UK couriers etc but also click on detailed tracking- that shows when its also picked up by royal mail etc

If you want your order to arrive quickly do not order loads of little bits and pieces with urgent stuff to make up the order.

Just be aware that by default they add a restocking fee as part of the price..gives you free returns if not used..for most people its a redundant charge

As said, stuff can take a while; I waited 3 weeks for some brake discs last year.
Their tracking information can also be a little.....um......unreliable. I had an order which was apparently waiting at customs at 10am. Parcel force knocked on my door with it at 10.15am the same day. :?

They are good, though, and worth the wait IMHO.

I don't usually use Autodoc as have had problems with them (late/no delivery) on several occasions in the past, however a few weeks back they had in stock an SKF idler pulley that I needed for my supercharger install and at a reasonable price. It was not required urgently and so I took a chance and ordered it. Pleasantly surprised to receive it just 4 days later

Kind of backs up the perception of others. The bigger the order the longer it takes.
Like Stuart, I tend to watch the discounts and jump when it's high. As our cars tend to be projects there is not the rush to get stuff quickly.
I buy on price and stash it away until its needed.

Make sure that you take a photo of the packaging before you open it in case only one of two items has been delivered and don't put the packaging out for recycling as I did before registering a complaint.

Well a simple in stock set of 6 spark plugs from Autodoc ordered on the 21st March ..shipped 23rd march just arrived today 6th April…over 2 weeks blows the just order one item to reduce time theory…fortunately I didn’t need them in a hurry..just something to bear in mind..

Ordered 29/3 not here yet. Tracking just showing given to GLS.

Just realised they have mugged me for a safe order - thieves!

Having thieved me of about a fiver for safe order I have just been awarded 44 pence bonus to be used for not more than 12% of any future order in the next 30 days.

My head hurts.
