Ok so I have been tracking Autodoc for a couple of weeks as I needed to get lots of parts to refresh my coolant system and this is the main findings to get the best deals.
Get a referral code from a friend before you register and download the app - gets you £10 discount, gets them £30 discount code.
Download the app to your phone and register an account - you get better discounts via the app rather than the web version.
Formulate the parts list that you want and leave it in your basket.
Refresh the page on a regular basis as the prices change multiple times per day sometimes.
Track the prices as the discounts fluctuate depending on demand for the parts and the time of the week.
If you log on everyday you get 10p for each day you check in - adds up
I found that the best discounts are from midnight on a Sunday night until mid-morning on Monday and then they start to rise again.
Doing it this way I saved over £100 on a £500 order that was already discounted - Pierburg water pump was £232 and normally sits at £270-300
