I don't think I'm going to use them again. I've had a skin full of them lately.
Took them over a week to ship an order and, when it finally went out, they emailed me to tell me how great their customer service was in that they were emailing me to tell me that they didn't actually have it all in stock. Needed 3 oversized pistons, they only had 1. And even after all that time they still say In Stock on the page.
And their bloody app is buggy. A couple of times I've selected 2 or 3 of an item, hit Add to Basket and it seems to only add one. This last order I ended up with 1 anti roll bar bush when I'm sure I added 2.
Previous order, they were out of stock (again, says in stock) of a timing chain kit. They contact me, I authorise a different (more expensive) one. When the order turns up it's all there apart from the timing chain kit which has become a set of lowering springs for a Mazda 6. Great. They send thru return documentation and despite asking their online chat twice if the courier was collecting it, it turns out that it needed to go to the post office (after having sat waiting in the porch for ages.)
I give up.
