I am looking to change my gearbox oil in the next 4 weeks before setting off to France, can anyone recommend a type of oil to use and what grade, using the step by step guide sent to me by Mike (DLV) :?

Cheers Mr Wilks, will purchase this fluid. Gear changes are still quite smooth but I feel sometimes it struggles to change into fifth gear until its cruising around 80mph and that is without using the sport button. :?
