Morning All,

Finally had my car audio sorted by Source Sounds of Sheffield. I had a quantity of Voce speakers from a previous build and wanted to sort the appalling base audio unit in the Zed. I also wanted to keep the stock head unit. Paul has always been an inspiration in regards to what can be done and listens to what his customers want. I am impressed with the quality of the install. The tweeters mounted in the doors look spot on. So all the car was sound proofed. Even at some high power no resonating or rattling. Apparently the rear shelving around the roof mechanism was a challenge. So the amplifiers are Audison Forza connected to bluetooth via a Audison BCon. My main source is a FIIO M17 digital player which I connect using a SPDIF cable. The sound is fantastic. The BCon accepts iPhone AAC and Android LDAC. The sound from this is way better than I expected. Keeping the source digital using the SPDIF takes it to the next level. I am really impressed with the custom sub inclosure. Living on crisps and take aways now 🤣. I have a board I place over it should Tescos be required.

Your being modest..must have been a four figure sum?…nice work by the installer ..
 
Yes you are right. Currently trying to get my head round the software used to set it up.

Hopefully he did a good job on the tune..I’ve done about 6 iterations to try and climb the learning curve / art with my Audiotec Fischer s/w
