Guys my e85 has blown rear speakers behind the head. I seem to have the basic speakers, no amp or subs.
It has fitted a new Alpine head unit 50x4 w.
Can I replace the rears to 2 way units & or run 6x9s in the holes for the subs. I know little about it. I’m sure it’s to do with frequencies
I understand I can add door speakers 2 way as well from the tweeters, are the under dash subs worth upgrading.
I don’t want to start adding amps or cross overs & I’m more interested in sound quality.
Any advice would be great, I’ll do it myself I’ve got the rear speakers out.
