Audio Options

Whilst on the search for a Coupe, all the cars I have seen have a Business Stereo unit.

However I would quite like the screen unit for Sat Nav & a decent audio upgrade. What would be the best option to get a decent unit?

Could I add a screen into a car and get something like Android Auto on screen?

I'm sure I've seen here that someone has removed the stereo and vent and fitted a double din unit, some of those are satnav compatable.
