Audio help needed

Hi gang, I’m trying to fit a alpine head unit into my 2005 z4, I’ve bought an aftermarket wiring harness which all works fine, but there is no sound at all, I can see there’s a wire coming from the the cars loom that connects to nothing on the aftermarket harness??

I think I’ve the 10 speaker hifi

Any help would be grateful
 
Yeh, if you have an amp in the boot then you can’t utilise it with an aftermarket head unit.
 
Cheers guys I’ve been informed I’ve the amp in the boot jobbie, so it won’t work properly

So on the look out for a oem stereo now
