Have to say the best thing I once witnessed on the A1 was a A3 rear end another A3 due to tailgating.

Just a shame the car in front was a learner driver, young lad who had been driving pretty well until that unfortunate incident.

£10k extra for an RS3 and still bested by your cheapo cousin.

So basically just like the VW advert, people buy things like a Golf but not a Golf and should in fact just buy a Golf.

Yep, once the children are off the A3 insurance a Golf R estate would be the next weapon of choice.

Basically, yes Angie. Or even better still, buy a Leon Cupra 280-thingy which is quicker on track than the Golf R and another £3-4k cheaper.
