Attachment Orientation

Anyone know what is going on?

I posted a photo and when I click and view image it is the right way up;

But in the post where the image is embedded it is cockeyed

Dunno if its fixable but thought I'd point it out
 
When you post from an Apple device, it will go the wrong way around. Flip it first before attaching it.
 
Haven't had the problem when I take photos from my iPhone 6s? I always shoot portrait and crop the image for an attachment (like the spotted thread). Doesn't seem to happen with the MacBook either if I use attachment (like a screenshot)?
 
I don't own an apple device :?

The stupid thing is if you look at the 2 links on the upload page you can see it uploaded to the forum correctly it's just when it sticks it in a post it flips it
