After just over 8 months have finally been given a start date for a new job. Took a year sabbatical and casually look for jobs then 8 months of applying.......

Its a 12 month contract but its been difficult explaining why you took time off, in truth still not a lot of jobs out there...

Congratulations - When you going to order a new car????? There has to be some compensation for going to work every day surely? :D

I must say I got the the same feel good factor the day I retired!

I am in IT... looked t loads of jobs even tried for the dream job working for Harley Davidson..... still got the rejection letter :lol:
