Ask-Reg.com problem

Sounds like a goodoutcome.

Next time pay by credit card so if the company goes under or fails to deliver, you at least have a sporting chance of a Section 75 claim.

 second lesson learned.

good result, still stressful and PITA for you though

stick to DVLA, thats if you can find a suitable plate on there, what sort of plate are you looking for?

Ideally an M preface plate with two numbers and my initials DWN. M99 DWN would have been ideal but not available. Might just wait and keep eye on the DVLA website.

inkey, it all depends how much do you want to pay! apparently you can get "M8 DWN" on newreg.com for £1235 :!:

I haven't used them but if you decide, be careful

Totally agree. Got mine on DVLA. Quick, simple, no hidden costs... and you know it's safe

Considered but wouldnt be happy. Could always go for an Irish dateless plate I guess. Lots of 'Z's available.

i prefer none car specific plates

you could have had T15 NDW, T15 being TIS (This is)

i think it may be easier to pick a plate then change your name to suit lol

Yes that would be much cheaper, only £35 to change your name by deed poll
