Argument in a car park

Parked today in a space behind another space which had a huge 7 series in..sticking out into my space AND the space next to him.

Slowly slowly backing into the space. 55+ man got out and started shouting. i didnt realised id touched his car but apparetly i did. held my hands up and apologised. took a couple of photos just to cover my arse.

he then proceeded to shout at me 'you need to learn to park you little s**t' 'why are you taking pictures you cant do that' etc

(that blew my fuse)

so i started shouting at him...'take a look at your own parking. im taking photos just incase you decide to key my car while im away etc'

whilst having a go at him back i was pointing at him, so the senile lunatic bit my finger!!! hard!! left it bruised and sore. security guard came over and said to him biting was ridiculous and told me to take his details and leave. refused to give me his details so i got his plates etc. what a complete f¥#%<@g nut-job!!!!

:o bit your finger! I'd be getting that checked out pronto!

I'd also report the nutter to the boys in blue. Bad darts that....

Best report it anyway, even if you don't want to take it further. You never know if he will report it himself. Would be worth getting the name of the security guard too, if you don't already have it.

The man sounds like a complete nutter.

I would be reporting him to the local police and get him charge with common asault if he didn't break skin, or Assault causing actual bodily harm if he did break skin, especiall as you have a witness.

Sounds awful. Am sure Ruby's PM is addressing the potential need to seek medical treatment...

Restraint isn't best used...my girlfriend jumped between us and got squashed against him as I lunged at him. Luckily for him she stopped me lol

I can't help feel like going to the doctors to get a bruised finger looked at is a little over the top. Although I'd like to sue the #### to fund some nice BBS split rims

I got the security guards name and I believe there's CCTV too. Can I just email the police?

Should have told him you were scratching your arse as you were parking....with the finger he'd bitten!

You should let the police know by phone call. Dial 101 though, not 999. Tell them you want to report an assault and take it from there.

Bad news, if you have a bruise then its classed as sec 47 assault (actual bodily harm ) get him reported to the police even if you dont want it taken further, he needs a good strong talking to.It could have been a wife, girlfriend etc
I also think you will be able to make a claim for your injury, it used to be done through the Victims support scheme and it was dealt with by the criminal injuries compensation board. No one needs be convicted for you to claim, just make a report and obtain a crime number or log reference number and then contact Victims support scheme.
You could do with popping into A&E to log injuries and to be on safe side.
Best of luck and well done for not knocking his head off you're a bigger man than I

Wow, I would have let loose if anyone touched me..act first think later....but once first punch thrown so to speak....

But anyway, find him, get him sorted thru the law

As above report it. It will cover your arse and they need to have words at the very least with the guy.
