Areo Skirts Just negotiated a discount

Just negotiated a great discount for us from BMW statstones in Derby.
If you ask for Steve Duncan or Garath and mention the forum they will sort you out a great price. ( i asked if he could beat sopers)
They just did me a pair of Areo skirts primed and delivered for £318.
They even said they would store them for me until i was ready to take delivery ( i work away)
He also said he had a set of wheels, 292s of a new Z with bridgetones on and he would sell these for £500...i think they took them of a new shaped Z when someone ordered different wheels but the wheels and tyres are like new. ( i think maybe this is going in his beer fund so you might be able to negotiate a little bit futher.

Bargins i think.

At the risk of being struck off and thrown out of the forum, I'm struggling to see the attraction of aero skirts. Done a quick Internet search to see what they are as intrigued that so many on numerous threads are getting so excited. Perhaps it's because I've only seen them in their unfinished state. Has anyone got any pictures of a before & after? Do they really make a difference?

Thats fair enough, but to be honest..they do make a difference in real life...i agree..photos dont really do them much justice?

I paid £327 for mine, which I'm happy about as it was my local dealer and they delivered them to my door.
 
Can they do a deal on painting? Say £400 painted in a colour of my choice and I pick 'em up? :evil:

I think when I did ask about them painting it, the price was somewhere in the region of £650!

I got my skirts cheaper than Sopers do them from BMW in Derby ..and il probably be able to get them painted and fitted for £100 at my local body shop who have quoted me £200 to refurb and paint my 108s in any colour combination i want :thumbsup:
