As for the registration being seen, two minds on this one, 1000's see it every week on my car so what's the big deal, however why make it easy for someone, and for me this is where it falls down. If someone wants to copy the plate of a Deep Sea Blue Zed, there not going to have to spend a great deal of time finding one......about 10 seconds on the BMW website will do it.

Not bothered. Let's face our plates are in the public domain and seen every time we drive our car. Makes me laugh when I see some plates blanked out on tv documentaries.

I agree these cars are rare and I have a personal plate so it would be a hard car to clone...

When i drive anywhere my plates or on full view,have no problem at all showing to the guys in here.Maybe i am wrong but if its gonna be cloned its not gonna be from here but from driving around.Happy New Year Steve

Never bothered me at all.. As previously mentioned our plates are on show every day to the public. Besides I think the mods on my car (probably alot of other owners) would make it pretty hard to clone?

so far, looks like the ones bothered by showing their plates, are also bothered by showing their reasons why.
Maybe they don't want them seen either..
