It is a pretty full on track car: originally an S2 111S, two (optionally three) sets of wheels, engine std, uprated engine mounts, Laminova, Hurricane induction, Piper 4-2-1 manifold, 2bular 8x24 exhaust, panel elimination kit, close ratio gearbox, Nitron adjustable suspension, uprated toe links, quick rack, pro-alloy rad, larger pro-alloy fuel tank, front splitter, rear SC style spoiler, carbon bucket seats, 6 point harnesses, removable alcantara wheel, stereo deleted, speakers deleted, aerial deleted, Specialised Covers outdoor cover.
Also have a freshly built VGK Racing 1.9 K series engine that would be available separately.
Knowing the vultures on here, you'd probably be better off going for a higher spec car, just go on milage and price.
Seats will sell easily. In fact if they cream/champagne/brown I'll call first dibs since red is taken already :roll: people will want the matching door cards too.
A few have retro fitted the sat nav, the monitor and othe components are quite hard to find usually so fetch good money. It will just leave you with a hole in the dash.
If you get one with the carbon leather dash, that's worth selling too.

Reading all the above advice I reckon your best option is to keep an eye open for a cat C or D as suggested - put feelers out to a couple of wreckers maybe ? You could buy one wholesale if it comes up, or you could save a few grand by agreeing what bits they can strip and sell before you take it off their hands.

I think it would be ok if they're telling the truth in the ad and if it were repaired properly, but I wouldn't have the skill or equipment to do it myself...
