If you can see where you're going at night they're xenon.

(Or, if you only have one adjuster wheel on the light controls, they're xenon.)

Lift the bonnet & look for a yellow hazard sticker over each headlight , this will indicate if you have xenons or not .

Washers don’t just designate xenon lights. Halogen lights can also have them.
As mentioned, look for yellow sticker on each headlight or the adjusters next to the steering wheel (just one = xenons / two = halogen)

What do you mean next to the steering wheel? I don’t see any stickers.
The stickers will be under the bonnet each side at the front if they are Xenon.
To the right of the steering wheel is the rotary switch you use to turn the lights on. Next to that will be one (xenon) or two (halogen) adjustment wheels that can be moved up and down. One adjusts the instrument light brightness. If there is a second one you have halogen lights and it adjusts their aim.

I only have one adjustment wheel. But that’s to control the lighting on the odometer. Also when I switch the headlights on it takes a wee second to turn on. It turns on slowly.

You should also see them do a little up and down movement to align themselves.
Sound like Xenon.

The staggered internal design with two projector lenses as shown in your picture is only used on xenon headlights. The halogens have a projector outer lens and a plain inner lens for the high beams.

You’ve got xenon
