Are both your rollers loose?

Hi all,had the roof down today and lightly oiled all the hinges on the mechanism,noticed though that the two rollers on the top of the windscreen,the passenger side one is loose(spins easily),but the drivers side one will not move-should they both be loose? (im presuming they should be)-thanks.

Yes - I had mine replaced as it was rattling like mad when I got the car new. Took me forever to find that it was rattling when the roof was down, thought it was in the door.
