Are aero side skirts noticeable

So just wondering are Aero side skirts noticeable on a black Z4. Been looking at a few pics and I can hardly see any difference. But that is only from pictures.!!

Any thoughts.???

massive difference in the flesh..... would i spend 500 quid all in again to fit them..... No...... i wouldnt.
 
No so much in black or in pics.

In the flesh you notice them when your car is dirty as they rub on your trousers!!

I would have them on mine if I had the spare £500. I would notice them, and they look brilliant to my eye. Not bothered if no one else notices them. I helped srhutch and Jembo fit theirs - one black and one Maldives blue.
 
I wouldn't get rid of mine unless I was selling the Z. But that's where the trick is, as I would get about 60+% back on what I spent on them. Not that expensive when you factor that in.

Must admit that looks really nice on Ramski's car. So they poke out more rather than a different shape.?

On lighter colours silver and grey they look amazing... On black less so... But are noticable if you look for them. The wife couldnt tell... Which may be a bonus if you want to sneak expenditure past her :fuelfire:
 
With Aero front bumper they work.

Without the Aero, I personally don't think they suit the car
 
i love em getting the aero bumper and skirts done in a couple of month`s :thumbsup:
might make the z more desirable when coming to sell it aswell :thumbsup:
 
When bing helped me fit mine we parked his car next to mine and my neighbours both had a look and couldn't tell the difference.

Now that is the comparison I was looking for. This forum is Great :thumbsup:

Maybe I'll stick to just the Aero front bumper mod next.

Got so say guys you have done some amazing things to your cars, every time I see another pic I dribble a bit more lol.

Get on and fit them. The best mods don't leap out as obvious - they all combine to make the car look better than oem. average Jo public would never know, but you will and so will any Zed enthusiast.
