I purchased a Z4MC from BMW back in November, it's a November 2006 model so the initial 3 year warranty had just expired but obviously I get the 12 month approved used car warranty from BMW.
My question is this; if I was to sell the car privately would the warranty transfer to a potential new owner and run until November 2010? Or is the warranty tied solely to me having ownership of the car?
I've looked over the BMW site but it's not clear, I've also Google'd and looked around some other places but couldn't find a definitive answer, does anyone know?
