Applying touch-up paint

It's invisible once polished up. Guess that might be your issue with the devil treatment on the beetle.
 
Closer inspection shows a dent around the main chip... so smart repair time :headbang: All because some f**ker did a last second charge from lane 3 to exit-slip and didn't manage to make it before the verge started :headbang:

I'd get a PDR man on it and then sort the chip personally.

Absolutely. After 4 failed attempts to sort out get some some chips on a bit of an old body kit (from another car) I had laying around I bought a de-nibber. 90 seconds after opening the box job done and perfectly flat & virtually perfect. :thumbsup:

Time to finish off the Z4 which has been driving around with a dark orange/brown sponge on the side where I first applied the touch up paint.
