Well, I found an excuse to go to Scotland over the weekend. We drove up to Fort William on the Thursday and then tackled the Applecross on the Friday. It was a great drive with the roof off all day!
I got home on Sunday night after completing 1100 miles :driving:

Here are a few pictures from this time and the last time I went up to the land of hills and haggis

It's a brilliant road! Did a tour a couple of years ago when I had my Civic Type R - VTECing up the hairpins was fun. Absolutely stunning scenery helps, but there's some really nice pics there

Thank you for the comments, pictures were mostly by my girlfriend but I did take a couple (to be able to enter the competition).
Here is the route:

Just a simple loop this time as I wanted to get out of there before the carravans arrived for the Bank Holiday.

The A890 was great with long fast bends and the A896 was miles of straight road which gave me a chance to test the car all the way up to 60mph

cheers for that- might try and get a run up there myself- any recomendations on where to stay?

I stayed at the Premiere Travel Inn in Fort William - nothing exciting but does what it says on the tin.
I spent the 2nd night in Fort Augustus at a B&B, both are ok but you would be better looking for places on the coast I think.

Some great pics there Ben

Just a small observation, i notice the private plates are the same on both cars?

This time, and last time :D

Great roads you found there Ben, in a couple of nice cars to take up that way!
