I’ve been offered a set of these in 18 inch with good MP4SS tyres - what are the rough price ranges for these wheels? Thanks in advance.

They're about £1600-1800 a set new without tyres, they're very light and extremely strong - often used as a track wheel. I'd love a set!!

If the tyres are relatively new and have plenty of life left I reckon £1200 would be about right, but it very much depends on condition. What are the specs on the wheels - imo you need to get fairly wide fronts or they don't have any concavity which doesn't look quite as good imo. 9J fronts and 9.5/10J rears would look epic!

Ed, could you hazard a guess what wheel sizes/offset these are?
The grey one has been mentioned before, but I can't find the post.

Hey mate, sorry I missed this from ages ago. If you were still wondering, the Silver one above is 9.5J ET22 front with a fair bit of negative camber I think, and rear is 10J et 25. The Wheels are 18". I reckon it looks absolutely perfect!

I've not bought yet anyway, maybe I'm being a bit tight, but I can't get my head round having to pay shipping and duty to get them into the States, then again to get them into the UK.

I asked them if they could ship directly from China, but not on the cards at the moment apparently, which is a pity. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a second hand set, either these or the ones you have, which also look great.

If nothing turns up in the next few months I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and buy them new.

Thanks for the link, but last time I looked it was much the same cost. They are all still coming via the US.

:lol: I get what you mean, I always struggle with the cost of all the extra duties etc.

For what it's worth, keep half an eye out on facebook market place. Annoyingly I just missed out on a lovely set of ARC-8s with AR-1s on them about 5miles down the road from me at a pretty decent price!

When I bought mine I bought them from Bimmerworld with a special offer from them..by the time I added taxes, shipping, duty etc in £2k I saved £40 over what the UK importer could do…
