Hey I'm tempted to purchase the AP coilovers due to the cost but I read positive and negative feedback so all confused, just wondered if anyone has any feedback on these regarding the ride quality etc.

Thanks

In life there is a saying and its true for coil-overs - buy s**t buy twice

when I was going through the process of coil-overs - it was a hard decision between BC-Racing and KW'3

I phoned 4 dealers and asked them what was the best and KW was the answer, then I asked them what they used on there own cars BC-Racing was the response.

I then asked - was the difference of double to price justifiable for KW3's - response no

Hope it helps

Thanks and noted  , I like the fact that AP are made by the same company that make KW but yes it is there budget coilovers.

Think I will take a punt with the AP and see how it goes, if I don't like them I will simply remove sell and try again. Suppose it comes down to personal preference too going by all the reviews I've been reading.

Be good to hear if anyone on here has the AP fitted as can't find any reviews regarding them on any E89.

Would be interested to know how you get on with them as I was thinking about getting these myself.

Well it looks like I'm going to be the guinea pig for these lol.

Will get them ordered and see how it goes.

What kind of price should I expect to.pay to have them fitted. And no I ain't even.going to attempt it myself. :tumbleweed:

£150-£400

Get Tracking checked
The higher price will be for counter weighted.

Just got quoted £200 from a local company to install the coilovers.

Will definitely get tracking done as it needs done anyway after I put the 19s on as it's pulling slightly. Think that's usually about £100
