(in all seriousness this wasn't because it was broken down I have to add :D)

This thread makes me lol..... So many people with internet/general hatred... I love it.... It fills me with joy...

22 years ago i was sat in the ghettos of birmingham watching my mom graft day and night, watching the crack junkies outside our house...
Now today we own one of the largest private care companies in the uk........ With property all around the world, Absolutly no one can imagine my pride that i feel and threads/people like these warm my soul...... As a black family from were im from im used to shoot downs, im used to negativity, hell im used to hatred...... Lost lots of friends over the years as we slowly worked our way up.... One thing remains my/our pride....

Huh another low life black family they said, just another young black guy destined for prison they said......I see these people sometimes, i get that same warm feeling ;-)

Anyhow more fairytale just to feed the flames..... Keep it coming :-)

Our new company cars delivered not so long ago, 2011 cls diesel is mine :-).... Not the best spec but very pleased with it... Only problem is the column shift...

Private car company or private care homes? Wasn't sure because you went on to mention company cars..

I only ask because the mother of a friend owns a couple of care homes. She manages them with attention to maintenance of dignity and self respect for the residents, and still makes a very tidy profit.

Car companies I know nothing about!

ps still waiting to hear how your search for insurance is going. Can you pm me when you find a company who'll cover your ///M with a supercharger, cheers

yup care... reallllly tough industry and being so large.... keeping the standards high is HARD!! .....especially with all the bad press and low paid staff... they really dont give a crap, every single day is graft like no other..... im already dreading tomorrow... lol... re the car i get a new company car every 2 years as im traveling the length of the uk going to different offices......

Re the insurance..... so far everyone has said no..... lol infact one told me it would be cheaper to insure a lambo.... lol......

It must be pretty tough keeping everyone in line, I guess you need to find good managers you can rely on, and give your employees an incentive to work hard and actually care for the residents.

The insurance is a big problem - if you can't find anyone what will you do? I wouldn't fit a supercharger to mine if it meant I could only use it on the track. You should show the insurance company this site so they can see how much time you spend loving your car. They'd probably ensure it for the price of a Corsa knowing it's never going to be trashed :D

Hang on a second... I came here for a punch up, what's going on?!

i do thrash it.... but love it dearly as well and keep it out the rain and lavish it love (sad i know), lol check out the comment from the passenger http://www.youtube.com/all_comments?v=bM79gVcrGUs that loss of control was @ 70mph + luckily managed to keep it on the thin strip of tarmac.....

....... Re the insurance...... ive got a few months so not too concerned...... if worse comes to worse ill beg the fleet insurance to leave it be or i swap out the company fleet insurance for someone that will...... Sometimes i think about selling it, sometimes i really regret not selling it for that high offer last year tbh..... but in the end, i'll keep it and give it to my son.... its my favourite car ever...... its irreplaceable for me....

Re the good managers its just not that simple tbh.... it sounds so simple.... i can honestly say..... 75% of the people that come through our doors arnt interested in working..... england has a serious problem.... and i dont say that lightly......

lol punch up.... a few guys arguing on the internet about their cars and what they do or dont own....... its rather pathetic of us/me really..... and even more pathetic people enjoy it. The more you think about it... the more pathetic it seems!!

Well caught! Partly skill, partly luck I suspect :P Been there myself quite few times - been lucky sometimes, less lucky others. One time I was really unlucky...(I'm on Westfield number two  )

If I can't insure mine with a supercharger, I'd settle for a supercharged ///M that was a roadster since it would be just for track use... :)

Interestingly (or not, you decide) I did actually have plans to get an M coupe and have it stripped, caged, supercharged and basically track prepared before I got the Nob but same again - insurance wouldn't touch me whoever I tried with. It wasn't even as if I could get a really expensive quote but go with that as I probably would have suffered it... But not one insurance company would even entertain it.

How you finding the M12? I drove my neighbours M400 a year ago and loved it...But it's just too fragile for me! His spends alot of time at Christopher Neils!
