TBH it was 4pm and i was only going a few miles across liverpool.

I know its Liverpool, but could you not have riddeen the bike the few miles and walked back?

i wasnt really able to do that. i did think about it as it was basically mossely hill to lark lane so only over the park really. But the circumstances of me moving meant i had to be out and gone so as it seemed to fit ok without any bother i thought what the heck.

Used to enjoy watching the bike racing at Sefton Park. We're talking 30+ years ago. Do they still race around the Park, these days?
