I spoke to the chap selling (who isnt the owner ) it does have finance owing (more than the reserve...) and i dont know what i think about making a contractual bid on a car with HP outstanding - where do potential buyers stand making a bid if finance isn't settled ?
 
I would be wary. Don't part with any money until you have spoke the the finance company. Find out how much is outstanding. If the car sells for less than the amount that's left on the finance, and the owner doesn't sort out the rest its still not yours...
 
Hi, I think its more than 12k, and the reserve is 11.5 (which is pretty high for a private sale with finance owing)
 
It is, the fact its on ebay and there is barely any info in the description about it i would stay clear unless you can talk to the owner and finance company. I dont think that buying a car that has finance is a bad thing as long as the owner is willing to do the work and sort these things out.

That does not look to be the case here. Good looking car tho.
