Anyone used TV Input for Reverse Camera?

At least in the UK (I am in the United States), the pop-up display supported TV output.
Has anyone figured out how to use a camera to output to the TV input?
There have been those that got digital BMW HYBRID DIGITAL TV VIDEO MODULE to work to receive TV in the UK.
The United States TV signal is not compatable but I really was just hoping to make use of the big antiquated screen as a reverse camera.

Here was a UK discussion on digital TV https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=71214

You can pipe a reverse cam signal into the OEM Navigation screen with some third party devices instead of the TV tuner.

I wired a "license-plate light" reverse cam into my e86 and ran it to a "Navtool" brand unit that interfaces between the nav computer and the video line, and it has worked great for me.
I used this module: https://www.navtool.com/bmw-z4-2003-2008-rgb-interface.aspx .
They claim it's 'plug & play', but they just mean you don't have to do anything destructive to the BMW wiring. You *do* have to run and wire in power and ground to their harness.
