Anyone use 'clickandbuy'

I'm finding out the hard way :roll: Went to place two ads on autotrader (biketrader) who wouldn't take my US issued credit cards, but told me I could pay with cash via clickandbuy on Payzone. So I went to the local mart and bought 70 pounds worth of vouchers (one 20 & one 50) to use on clickandbuy, only to learn I would need an account with clickandbuy which requires a...UK issued credit card. :headbang: Used my US credit card anyway on my clickandbuy account and my account was 'temporarily blocked' I did the 'verify' thing for my credit card, by which clickandbuy charges two nominal amount to your credit card, then you tell them the amounts. Did this and I'm now verified but still my account is 'temporarily blocked' which mean they won't allow me to upload my 70 quids worth of E-vouchers. I've tries several times to contact by phone, which ends up being disconnected everytime. Sent an email last Friday, still no reply, except the auto-reply with ticket #.
I just want to place my ads on autotrader :headbang: I guess I could order a prepaid credit card online, which cost 10 quid and takes two weeks, but since my credit card is 'verified', I don't see the problem. So frustrating. :thumbsdown:

similar experience here... i only had one charge make it to my card, so couldn't enter both values.
tried for about two weeks solid to get a response out of them.
Eventually told my credit card company that the money they charged was a fraudulent transaction - clickandbuy rang the very next day to ask why i had said it was fraudulent.
explained why and that I felt that it could only have been fraudulent as they didn't respond and didn't do what they said they would. They tried to get me to stay, but I decided I was better off without

Thanks for the info mindware, I believe that clickandbuy credit card requirements is that the credit card is in one's own name and is tied to one's address. At iBux web page they offer one for 7.95 with a 10 pound cancellation fee (I'm leaving the UK in 6 months), don't see why I have to spend more money just so I can create an account.

http://www.fairfx.com - I use these guys - cards are free, whole process is easy to use - I used them in NYC last year without a hitch (spent a fortune) and bought stuff from a US store last night for next weeks visit to NYC (Its like christmas - I arrive at the hotel to lots of boxes containing new toys lol) all bought with the fairfx cards - so so simple...and no crappy exchange 'fees'
:yeah: Finally got them on the phone with a mere 5 minute wait, once he saw my credit card had been verified he promptly unblocked my account. I was then able to top up using the E-Vouchers and place my autotrader ad. 
Now my apologies to clickandbuy. Once I was able to speak to someone everything went smooth, but it was very difficult to actually speak to someone. At times I was on the phone for 5 minutes only to get disconnected, most times I called I'd get the automated message and then get disconnected.
