Anyone upgraded speakers on a DSP setup?

Soooo, even with DSP I'm not overly impressed with the sound. The rear "mid range" speakers make hardly any volume at all. I'm going to ask Dick Lovett to check it out when it's in next week but I'm thinking replacing the Woofers behind the seats with 2 or 3 way units might be the easiest way forwards as the mid range units are nigh on impossible to get to.

Of course if Lovetts says something is wrong it'll get resolved under warranty.

Anyone with DSP able to comment on the speaker volumes? Even with the fader cranked all the way to the rear it's shockingly poor.

The subs behind the seats function fully with the volume in the middle between Front/Rear - so moving the sound to the back will actually cut the sub woofer output.

There's a thread on here with settings - you might just need to play around with them. I find the setup in mine pretty decent.

Once you get into speaker replacement etc, the cost can really stack up

Thanks Adam, the woofers are fine, it's the mid range behind the seats that are near silent. The bass is superb, with the roof down and pressing on a bit the bass still thumps through the seat quite nicely

My thought was rather than bugger about getting to the mid range units, to put better units in where the woofers are now. My reasoning being a 3 way will probably deliver what I want. Happy to be corrected though.
